Kim’s Healing Center Guidelines  

 

• Lost Gift Certificates:

 

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost gift certificates. So, keep those little treasures safe!

 

•  Expired Gift Certificates:

 

As much as we’d love to, we cannot accept Expired gift certificates. They have a way of slipping through time, don’t they?

 

• Payment Prior to Service:

 

Remember, payment must be made Prior to your service. We’re all about that smooth transaction flow.

 

• Deposit for Group Bookings:

 

If you’re booking for more than Two people, a $60 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It’s like putting a reservation sign on your relaxation spot!

 

• Cancellation Etiquette:

 

Please be courteous and give us a heads-up! Call 24 hours Before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. We appreciate the consideration.

 

• No Call, No Show:

 

If you’ve done the disappearing act Twice (no judgment!), just call ahead or walk-in for your next visit. We’ll still welcome you with open arms
